Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days.

Shipping is currently available within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, Nika Kurent Ceramics cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. I cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Risk passes to the recipient upon delivery.

Returns

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To arrange a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

 

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Carefully and securely packaged

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Items must be packaged with the same level of care in which they were received. If a returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, Nika Kurent Ceramics reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund where the item is no longer saleable.

 

It's strongly recommend a tracked and insured postal service is used for returns, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

 

Faulty items will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
